As a Safari user you are able to use the MarcCohn.net Forums but first you have to change the content editor.
To do that, access your profile (see next question if you don't know how to do that) and click on the "Site Options" tab. Then change the "Content Editor" to "Default Text Editor."
Save your change and you should now be able to post on the Board.
